Warranty

Beijing Okstar Sports Goods Co., Ltd. warrants components shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty time is listed below from the date of the original shipment:

1 year: Bearings, Bolts and other spare parts

5 years: Frame

Our products have been well- designed to ensure safe, efficient and long-term operation. However, to ensure safety, users must carefully read and follow the instructions and warnings when using the equipments.

We will offer the spare parts to replace the broken ones free of charge within one year of the date of the original shipment, and will charge it for the cost when out of warranty.

The warranty is only suitable for our original buyers.
