1. Applications
The installation instructions are suitable for installing the outdoor fitness equipments manufactured by BEIJING OKSTAR SPORTS GOODS CO., LTD.
2. Preparation for installation
2.1 Mix the cement of grade 425 or above, gravel of 2.5~3.2cm in diameter, and sand with water to ensure that the strength of the concrete be at least C20. (In winter antifreeze needs to be added, and the proportion between cement and antifreeze is 10:1)
2.2 AC power: 220V or 380V (according to the installation area)
3. Technological requirements
3.1 Check soil texture of the area where the equipments will be installed. Within the depth of 800mm away from the earth surface, the geological structure should be the type¢òordinary hard soil with consolidation coefficient of at least 0.7, and the consolidated and calcareous soil with consolidation coefficient above 0.7. Otherwise, the soil must be disposed equivalently before installing the equipment.
Notes: The type¢òordinary hard soil with consolidation coefficient of at least 0.7 could be judged by the difficulty of digging by shovels and even by picks. The soil texture needing to be dug by shovels and picks could be considered as the type¢òordinary hard soil with consolidation coefficient of at least 0.7.

3.3 The underground installation requirements of the multi-column equipment: The trench dimensions must be 250mm(L)¡Á250mm(W)¡Á500mm(H)
3.4 The underground installation requirements of the frame-type equipment: The trench dimensions must be 250mm(L)¡Á250mm(W)¡Á300mm(H)
4. Installation process
4.1 The single-column equipments of ST series are installed by placing the embedded parts into concrete (as shown in picture A). The installation process is as follows:
4.1.1 Uncover the ground tiles where the equipment will be installed and dig a trench with dimensions as shown above. The trench cannot be dug as a wide-top, narrow-bottom shape.
4.1.2 Pour the mixed concrete into the trench up to 70mm away from surface of ground tile to leave space for installation and maintenance
4.1.3 Thrust the embedded part into the center of the concrete with the upper side of the flange on a level with ground tile. The flange must be at horizontal level and the mounting holes of the flange must be at the correct installation position. It would be 5-7 days for curing the concrete.
4.1.4 Install the single-column equipment by bolting together the column flange and the embedded part flange with M12 fasteners. The column must be perpendicular to the ground level and the perpendicularity tolerance should not be larger than 1/200.
4.1.5 Cut the uncovered ground tiles with diameter of 280mm as shown in picture A. Then repave them with concrete.
4.1.6 Install the cover before cleaning the equipment.

4.2 The single-column equipments of OK series are installed by burying the bottom of the column into concrete (as shown in picture B). The installation process is the same as 4.3.
4.3 The multi-column equipments are installed by burying the bottom of each column into concrete (as shown in picture B). The installation process is as follows:
4.3.1 Uncover the ground tiles where the equipment will be installed. Lay out the equipment properly, mark each column of the equipment on ground and dig trenches respectively with dimensions of 250mm(L) ¡Á250mm(W) ¡Á500mm(H).
4.3.2 Place columns of the equipment into the trenches and level the equipment by a level instrument according to the dimension of above-ground column as shown in the installation drawing.
4.3.3 Pour the mixed concrete into trenches.
4.3.4 Cut the uncovered ground tiles according to the diameter of the column, and then repave them.
4.3.5 Install the cover before cleaning the equipment.

4.4 The frame-type equipments are installed by bolting mounting plates on anchor bolts embedded in concrete (as shown in picture C). The installation process is as follows:
4.4.1 Uncover the ground tiles where the equipment will be installed and dig a trench with dimensions of 250mm(L)¡Á250mm(W)¡Á500mm(H) for embedding each anchor bolt.
4.4.2 Pour the mixed concrete into each trench and thrust the self-made anchor bolt of M12¡Á150~180 (Matching with the mounting hole on each mounting plate).
4.4.3 If the adjacent mounting holes are close to each other, dig a large trench instead of several small trenches.
4.4.4 Cut the uncovered ground tiles according to the dimensions of each mounting plate, and then repave them.
