1.How is the equipment installed?
    Concrete foundations approximately 500mm deep are needed to secure the
equipment. After the concrete has cured the equipment can then be bolted to the
concrete with heavy duty anchor bolts.More detailed information, please see the installation Introduction under thecatologue of Service.

2. What surfacing is appropriate?
    It depends on where the equipment will be located. Various surround surface.
options could include wood chips, concrete, wet pour, rubber tiles, etc.

 
3. Does the equipment need to be maintained?
    Although the equipment is designed to need little maintenance, it should be checked
regularly to ensure it has not been damaged. OKSTAR offers a maintenance service.

 
4.How long is the delivery time and where is the equipment shipped?
   The delivery time for one container will be approximately 20 days after signing the contract.
 
5.How do I make a damage claim or parts request?
    We will provide the parts at no charge for one year since the original purchase.
